Review:
Aromas of pomegranate, watermelon and strawberry mingle with flavors of grapefruit and cherry. The mineral notes provide a clean, crisp finish.

"Quite dry, with lovely fruit character that brings an impression of fruit sweetness. Fresh and tangy, with a mix of cranberry and cherry flavors, it’s a perfect summer sipper." - Paul Gregutt
2009 Vintage Tasting Notes
The beautiful color, fresh aromas, and elegant texture of this wine resulted from a three day cold soak with stainless steel fermentation utilizing only free run juice.
This dry wine features distinctive aromas of flowers, fresh strawberries and pomegranates followed by flavors of red cherries, raspberries, and spice. Moderate acidity balances the fruit as the minerality develops and evolves.
More than just a fun wine, this Rosado will pair with a variety of tapas, grilled vegetables and spicy Asian dishes. - the winery
2007 Vintage Tasting Notes
Lovely for Thanksgiving with turkey, a blush wine for serious foodies. Crisp and refreshing, the red cherry flavors cut through heavier turkey flavors to refresh and renew the palate.
From the winery: To create this pink elixir we allowed the juice to remain in contact with the Tempranillo grape skins for only a few hours. Don't let the hue fool you, though. While a delightful summer quaff, this Rosado is a serious food wine. Fermentation took place in stainless steel at a very cool temperature to retain the fresh raspberry, strawberry, and floral aromatic elements.
The wine is completely dry, abundantly fruity, and crisp. This tantalizing creation is equally at home with picnic fare of fresh fruit, white cheese, and artisan bread or rich cuisine like baked flounder with lime essence, thyme, and brown butter.
