This wine retains the attractive qualities of Italian Dolcettos: smooth, soft, and grapey delicious! Dolcetto is a great wine for a variety of foods, from appetizers to grilled meats.

Ripe red and black fruit dominate the fruit driven nose with hints of toasty oak in the background. With aeration the bright fruit morphs into floral perfume, deep, brooding, purple fruit with chocolaty undertones and dried mint.

On the palate this wine delights with a soft velvety texture and integrated acidity that creates a great sense of balance. Drink now or over the next 3-5 years.
