Review:
2010 Wine Spectator - 91 points - Fresh, open-textured and appealing, with mint-accented blackberry and cherry flavors, remaining light and expressive through the minerally finish. Drink now through 2017. 4,421 cases made. - H.S.
2009 Vintage Tasting Notes
2009 Wine Advocate - 90 points - The 2009 Pinot Noir Elizabeth’s Reserve is a blend of seven vineyards. Darker in color than the Willamette Valley cuvee, it sports an alluring nose of spicy black fruits and floral aromas. In the glass it exhibits ample savory fruit, moderate depth, and a medium-long finish. It, too, is meant for drinking over the next 6-7 years. - Jay Miller
Aromas of red raspberries accompanied by fresh Oregon strawberries with brown spice and cedar. This wine is elegant and intense.

layered aromas of red and black raspberries,
fresh Oregon strawberries, brown spice and
cedar. Its aromas are reflected on a palate
that speaks of purity and elegance, and is
exceptionally balanced with firm tannins and
a persistent finish. This wine will pair beautifully
with the Pinot noir classics - lamb, duck,
grilled salmon, and aged cheeses.”

2006 Vintage Tasting Notes
Adelsheim's top of the line Pinot noir, named for a friend. The 2006 Elizabeth’s Reserve offers aromas of candied cherry, with sage, lavender and clove spice with hints of smoke and rustic cedar. With well-balanced focus and intensity, this wine combines cherry flavors, smooth tannins and a mouthcoating finish. Enjoy this wine when young or allow it to age gracefully, under proper storage conditions, for five to seven years. It will pair beautifully with the Pinot noir classics – lamb, duck, grilled salmon, and aged cheeses.
