Review:

This is a Grenache/Mourvèdre rosé not unlike those from Provence or the southern Rhône valley. It is medium-bodied, with the weight of a ripe wine along with very good acidity to balance the fruit. It is bone dry. I'd say the color is a classic south of France rosé: neither the salmon pink of some pinot rosés nor the pale red of a Cabernet blush. This wine was bottled about three and a half months ago, and while it is already delicious, I believe that, given the high percentage of Mourvèdre, it should develop nicely over the next year. - Andrew
