Review:

Ed Fus fashions wines from among the 62 acres of Zinfandel in Washington State, sourced in the AVA’s of Walla Walla Valley, Columbia Gorge, Horse Heaven Hills and Wahluke Slope. With respect to the expression of fruit and a very moderate hand with French and Hungarian Oak, he produces restrained, balanced wines that already in his second vintage have been drawing raves from those lucky enough to have tasted them.
