Ayres Vineyard Pinot noir Willamette Valley 08
Ayres Vineyard Pinot noir Willamette Valley 08 - a super value 2008 Oregon Pinot noir. A darker wine when first opened, with intriguing aromas of humus and espresso. Give this a bit of air and watch the evolution - a delicious combo of deep berry flavors and a streak of raspberry compote comes alive. A nice rich texture lets the huckleberry pie, brambly raspberry, licorice and graham flavors hang on the finish. - Marcus

Fresh raspberry, cherry, rose petal, and a big dollop of juicy strawberry on the nose and palate. Supple and smooth with nuances of truffle and nice sweetness throughout. If there's a better value in Oregon Pinot right now, show me. - Avalon
Ayres Vineyard Pinot noir Willamette Valley 07 is silky smooth and seamless! This oh-so-elegant wine delivers a beautiful balance of baked plum, dark cherry, and black raspberry pastry sharing space with freshly turned earth. Aromas of green tea, violets, and dried lavender…consider it aromatherapy in your glass! Made from 50% Ayres’ Estate fruit and 50% old-vine Eola Hills fruit. - the winery
