Ayres Vineyard Piper Pinot noir 07
winery: Ayres Vineyard
Fantastic, fresh aromas of forest and raspberries on the vine. The Piper keeps building, picking up darker notes of creamy blackberry and nutty blueberry. Lavender and anise round out flavors and elongate the finish. Silky and elegant, the Piper is ying to the Pioneer's yang. - Marcus
Ayres Vineyard Piper Pinot noir 07 is an equal blend of 667, 777, and 115, Piper is the ultimate expression of each of our producing clones. You will discover fruit flavors of blueberry, boysenberry, highlighted by cinnamon, all-spice, caramel, and crème brulee. Only six barrels were worthy to be called Piper. - the winery
