Barking Frog "Dulcis" Dessert Wine 06 375 ml

Barking Frog's Dulcis is made from frozen Syrah grapes picked when extremely ripe and loaded with sugar. Scents of passion fruit, kiwi, and tropical fruit are echoed in the sweet flavors of this viscous ice wine styled "sticky" wine.

Only 96 cases of Dulcis were made. Grapes came from Crawford Vineyards and were picked at 36.5 Brix after freezing. Residual sugar is 16.04 g/ml and alcohol is 12.06%.
