Bergevin Lane
Vineyards, founded in 2002, is a family winery combining the long vineyard management career of Gary Bergevin with the talents and vibrant enthusiaasm of his daughter Annette, the marketing skills of co-owner Amber Lane, and the winemaking magic of Steffan Jorgensen.
Gary and Annette's
roots run deep in Walla Walla. In the mid-1800's
the Bergevin family settled in eastern Washington State and decided
to call Walla Walla "home." Strong
family ties, the opportunity for growth, and their
passion for wine carried Annette and Amber to Walla
Walla from Sonoma County in California. With Gary's
experience and strong ties in the local wine industry
combined with Annette and Amber's business
and sales background, Bergevin Lane Vineyards was
founded
Annette says their success can be described simply "We are making wines we love, and are proud to share."
Bergevin Lane's wines are classic Walla Walla with a bit of an international twist. Winemaker Steffan Jorgense's experience includes work at Chateau Lestage Simon (Haut Medoc), Vina Los Vascos of Lafite Rothschild (Chile), Chateau Dassault (St. Emilion Grand Cru Classe) and La Crema Winery (Russian River) among others.
