Bergstrom Dr. Bergstrom Riesling 07 - The aromatic profile is enticing with lime, jasmine blossoms, liquid mineral, quince and citrus candies. The mouth feel is rich and concentrated but balanced with great energy and a fine balance between the sweetness and the juicy citrus acids. This wine is big and juicy and very enticing now but will be at its best between 2012 and 2019. - Josh Bergstrom
