Extremely elegant and nectar-like floral notes of night-blooming jasmine and rock daphne burst from the glass and swirl around and through the lime, quinine, petrol, saline and mineral flavors. Sweet baking spices lace this round and viscous wine that is both mouth filling and extremely balanced at the same time. Mouthwatering citrus tinged acidity with a delicate balance of sweetness and dry extract makes this wine juicy to the core and extremely food friendly or the perfect aperitif.
