Loads of creamy red and black fruit-mostly black cherry, darker raspberry, with whispers of blue and black berry. At first the wine is focused on the front of your palate but then the flavors and finish begin to evolve. The Seven Springs needs a little more time, but it's delicious.--Marcus

Deep red color. Youthful, concentrated aromas of red and dark berries, with high pitched, sexy baking-spice notes. Broad and sweet, with flavors of blackberry, bitter cherry, licorice and cinnamon. As sweet and exotic as this is now, it also possesses impressive depth and power, and the structure for aging."
