Bishop Creek Pinot noir
Bishop Creek Pinot noir - Dark color, silky texture, up-front yummy sweet flavors of black raspberry, cherry, spice, cola, and an intriguing hint of kalamata olive. The wine has a long, clean finish. A most appealing wine, similar to the Black Cap Pinot noir 03, made from the same vineyard's fruit, Bishop Creek Vineyard, managed by Jason Lett, who also had a hand in making this wine. Similar to the Black Cap, which is also made from fruit from the Bishop Creek Vineyard.
