Boedecker Cellars Pinot noir Anderson Family 06

Boedecker Cellars' 2006 Anderson Family Vineyard Pinot noir has the flavors and scents found in many 2006 vintage Pinot noirs. The 2006 vintage Oregon Pinots tend to have red currant and spice flavors, as this wine does. A very floral nose of red fruit, lavender, and lilac introduces flavors of red currant, raspberry, cranberry, spicy cola, and licorice. The wine has balanced tannins and medium body, which gains weight when decanted for several hours.
