Review:
Red roses and amareeno cherries, pure and focused with a touch of rainforest and texture reminiscent of silk. Smooth, seductive and brilliant.
2009 Vintage Tasting Notes
Big cherry fruit up front with notes of blackness and tar. Black raspberries and finishes with chocolate, dusty oak. Flavors of Jory soil....dirt and a bit of pinot funk. - the winery
2007 Vintage Tasting Notes
Stewart's barrel selection from the 2007 vintage. As usual, it's red-fruited and primarily made from Pommard, Wadenswil, and Dijon clone fruit.
"The nose features smoke, spice box, cherry, and cranberry leading to a velvety, intense wine with plenty of savory fruit and spice notes" - Jay Miller, Wine Advocate
2006 Vintage Tasting Notes
2006 Wine Spectator - 90 points - Silky, elegant and appealing for its juicy raspberry, spice and cream flavors, lingering enticingly on the shapely finish. Drink now through 2014. 500 cases made. - H.S.
"This is Pinot in an extracted style, leading with mocha and plum and given some contour by an earthy texture. Its forward fruit will appeal to those who like their Pinots big, and would pair well with garlic-roasted chicken."

Try it with dishes such as Osso Buco, rack of lamb, or grilled salmon.
