Review:

The Taproot is a cuvee of the winemakers' favorite barrels of the vintage. Aging in French oak for sixteen months allows the wine to develop a rich, silky mouthfeel. Fruit flavor and bright acidity are apparent. This wine will cellar for up to ten years but can be enjoyed now.
