The Brooks Winery Tethys Late Harvest Riesling Dessert Wine has aromas of honeysuckle, rose petals, crisp apples and tangerines. A sweet and thick coating on the palate aligns itself with good balanced acidity. Flavors of orange blossoms, honey, almonds, minerals and lavender lead to a graceful finish that has pure and supple concentration, with an intense finish lingering on the palate. Biodynamically farmed from the Eola Hills Vineyard.
Previous vintage notes: Rich pear, apple, and hints of lychee make this a special example of late harvest Riesling. Almost as rich as an ice wine, a lively streak of citrus keep the wine fresh and enjoyable.
