Excellent value for a sweet wine with lots of fresh fruit and delicate floral notes adding to the just-sweet-enough flavor. The Tethys Late Harvest Riesling has aromas of honeysuckle, rose petals, crisp apples and tangerines. A sweet and thick coating on the palate aligns itself with good balanced acidity.

Flavors of orange blossoms, honey, almonds, minerals and lavender lead to a graceful finish that has pure and supple concentration, with an intense finish lingering on the palate. Biodynamically farmed from the Eola Hills Vineyard.

The Titan Goddess and Ice Moon of Saturn. Discovered by Cassini in 1684, Tethys was most likely liquid, before it was frozen solid. We like to think of this particular Riesling as "liquid gold".

Rich pear, apple, and hints of lychee make this a special example of late harvest Riesling. Almost as rich as an ice wine, a lively streak of citrus keep the wine fresh and enjoyable.
