From the winery: "Fabulous black hole, deep-dark purple color! The aromas and flavors are of fresh crushed blackberries, tree ripe plums, vanilla and smoked game. Rich in acids, this wine provides a luscious mouthful of Washington State's greatest red varietals and a long satisfying finish to boot. It is a keeper, as it possesses a good 10-15 years of cellar potential. Should you not have the patience to wait another year or two to open a bottle, decant 6-12 hours prior to serving the wine in nice large stemware and I give you my solemn promise, the wine will not disappoint."
