From the winery: "The color is a beautiful bright golden straw. The aromas and flavors are pronounced mango, ripe McIntosh apples, a touch of lyhcee fruit and lemon zest. A very light vanilla note is also observed compliments of the Hungarian and French oak barrels. This Viognier is very full - bodied and possesses great structure. The acid - structure components are in complete harmony providing this wine's "sassy" presentation if you will. Our 2002 Viognier is best enjoyed chilled and served with finely seasoned shell fish or seafood."
