Cavatappi Nebbiolo Maddalena 03 - Finally! There's hope for Northwest Nebbiolo. The Cavatappi turned the heads of many local critics at a recent Nebbiolo tasting, and for good reason. Textbbok varietal characteristics of sweet licorice and roses on the nose, with a rich melange of dark cherries and plums that gush through the finish. This is drinking beautifully right now, and pairs very well with any hearty winter dish.
