| From the winery: "PAPILLON estate Pinot Noir is a blend of our two Dijon clones 115 and 113. Papillon (a small French breed of dog) is our biggest and boldest pinot noir. This wine which tastes of cherries and chocolate is our most macho wine which is proving to be a favorite of the cigar crowd. This wine will mellow and improve with age and the tannins will soften." |
