Review:

Corvidae is the value label of Owen Roe Winery and Lenore Syrah is their best Syrah value. Made from rich, juicy fruit grown in Washington State's Columbia Valley, the Cordivae Lenore is a total crowd pleaser.

Cordivae prints this poem from Edgar Allen Poe on the Lenore Syrah label:

“For the rare and radiant
maiden whom the angels name
Lenore, nameless here
forevermore.”
The Raven - Edgar Allen Poe

Lenore Syrah is made from 95% Syrah and 5% Grenache. The fruit comes from Erickson Vineyard, in the Columbia Valley, and Six Prong Vineyard, in the Horse Heaven Hills.

Corvidae Lenore Syrah, grown in the Columbia Valley has great spice, bright fruit, deep purple hues, and gorgeous texture and is really a steal for the quality it delivers. Pair Corvidae Syrah, a juicy, boisterous wine, with barbecued babyback ribs, a hearty lamb stew, your favorite burger or just on it’s own.
