The 07 has a nose of cedar, white pepper, and spicy mincemeat. Flavors include black cherry, cedar and nutmeg. The finish is silky smooth.

2006 Vintage Tasting Notes

The 2006 Corvus displays a deep ruby red color and exhibits blackberry, blueberry, cherry, tobacco, cedar, and toasted marshmallows on the palate. The cherry-berry characteristics intensely carry through on the mid palate and finish. Tannins are soft and very well integrated, and uncommonly silky for a Red Mountain wine. - the winery
