Daedalus Cellars Ice Wine Style Riesling 09

Review:

An ice wine made from frozen grapes, it is a very concentrated Riesling ice wine with intense, creamy peach and pear scent and flavors.

There's a lot of flavor here, including a surprising hint of Earl Grey tea in the scent. I enjoy it best mixed with a squeeze of lime and an equal amount of sparkling wine. Serve it in a chilled glass with shaved ice. Or this wine makes about the best Snow Cone you could ever imagine. - Jean

Made from old vine fruit from one of Oregon's best vineyards, Maresh Vineyard. It is located in the heart of the Dundee Hills AVA along the famous row of vineyards that includes Cameron, Winderlea, La Pavillon, and Erath.
