Daedalus Cellars Nyarady Pinot noir 05

The Daedalus Nyarady Pinot noir is stylistically a little broader shouldered than the Daedalus Labyrinth, though still elegant, with incredibly concentrated fruit and depth of flavor. Winemaker Aron Hess calls it the Labyrinth ‘squared’. The wine should drink well on release with decanting, but will develop greater nuance and richness over the next seven to ten years. It should pair well with lamb and chicken dishes.

Daedalus Nyarady is made from 42% Carabella Vineyard , 38% Maresh, and 20% Seven Springs fruit.
