Silky texture, refined tannins and bright acidity persist through a long finish. A blend of partial barrels which the winemaker felt best represented the unique character of Seven Springs Vineyard. Made entirely from Pommard clone. It should drink well on release with decanting, but will develop greater nuance and richness over the next seven to eight years. Not currently available to order.
