Winemaker's Notes: "Color straw yellow ... abundant foam that dissipates into a persisting crown. Stream of small fine bubbles is continuous. Complex aromas with hints of herbs, grass, caramel and toast. Palatal impression is full, round, rich, with good mid-palate expression of Chardonnay and structure of Pinot Noir in its length."
