Dominio IV Syrah "Song of an Uncaged Bird" 06

This Syrah has a name unique to the vintage. Dominio IV's 2005 Syrah was called "Old Man Facing East". The winery plans to name each vintage of their wines with different names.

Dominio IV is known for its Tempranillo and Syrah from warm-climate vineyards in Oregon and Washington. The 500-case Dominio is the unique vision of Leigh Bartholomew, vineyard manager for Archery Summit, and her husband, Patrick Reuter, whose masters thesis at the University of California, Davis, was on terroir.
