Dowsett Family Wines "Devotion" Red 07
Dowsett Family Wines "Devotion" Red 07 is a Rhone-style blend of 52% Syrah (Morrison Lane Vineyard in Walla Walla)/26% Mourvedre (Heart of the Hill Vineyard in Red Mountain)/22% Grenache (Destiny Ridge Vineyard in Horse Heaven Hills). I'm tasting this one as I type, and the Grenache seems more prominent than the blend might suggest, but it's a nice wine reminiscent of some of Chris' finer wines for Latitude 46.
When not running Artifex, Chris has his own label, Dowsett Family, and it's here that he continues to show his magic with white wines.
