Previous Vintage Tasting Notes
2005 notes: Wine Press NW rating "Excellent". Wine Press NW says: "Now a part of Dunham Cellars in Walla Walla, Trutina is a Bordeaux-style blend that shows "elegant, fruit-driven aromas and flavors. Beautifully balanced fruit, tannins and acidity."
2004 Tasting notes: Ripe blackberry, new leather, wildflowers, and sweet violet in the nose lead to a rich yet structured plum and blackberry mouth, teamed with hints of black cherry and mint, riding over finely woven velvet tannins guided by viscous, rich fruit. Approachable now, but will improve for 8-10+ years."
