This blend incorporates a co-fermentation of Syrah and Viognier with a bit of Grenache and Counoise. The bouquet seems to float out of the glass to entice you into the extraordinary fruit and the ripe tannins give you a silky smooth finish.

2007 Vintage Tasting Notes

The guys from Wisconsin do it again. The wine starts with scents of sweet black cherry and a super intense floral component centering around white flowers like jasmine and gardenia. Flavors are also SUPER intense, with black cherry dominating. There's great acidity, a juicy quality, seamless tannins, and great balance. This wine outdoes many Syrahs costing at least $20 more!

95% Syrah, 5% Viognier. Wine Enthusiast called this wine "Outstanding".
