Evening Land's Seven Springs Vineyard contains a small block of old Gamay noir vines (the oldest Gamay vines in Oregon), the source for this wine. Evening Land's Gamay is inspired by the great Crus of Beaujolais like Morgon and Mouline-a-Vent. 300 cases produced.

The block of Gamay noir at Seven Springs Vineyard is almost 30 years old - self rooted, trellised cordon & spur pruned. The fruit is fermented in whole clusters and aged in neutral oak.
