2007 tasting notes: This young Pinot is all about bright red cherry fruit, and the flavors follow up with more sweet red cherry and red raspberry flavors. There's a hint of pie spice, a hint of smoke, and just a lot of pleasant, easy drinking, sappy red fruit flavors. The finish is long and the tannins are silky and unobtrusive. This is a great deal for an approachable, refreshing summer sipper.
