Review:

An earthy, full-bodied, concentrated black fruit flavored red wine made in the style of the Rhone. The fruit comes from the popular new wine region in Washington, Royal Slope, made famous by Charles Smith's K Vintners Royal Slope Syrah. Royal Slope, located between Othello and Royal City in Eastern Washington, is very dry and hot, with cold nights, The climate is optimal for the growing of Grenache.

At Jesse's restaurant he pairs the Les Garcons with roast duck and earthy bean dishes.
