The new releases begin with the 2009 Semillon (100%) sourced from the Stillwater Creek Vineyard. It was barrel-fermented and aged sur lie for 8 months. Bee’s wax, jasmine, honey, and melon inform the nose of a concentrated, round, savory wine that will provide enjoyment for another 3-4 years. - Jay Miller

This lovely, well-rounded wine brings figs, apple and spicy floral aroma. Its delicate balance of fruit and oak make it a delightful companion to white fish, shell fish and chicken - all foods light and delicious.
