Our inaugural vintage of estate-grown Gewurztraminer, this wine harnesses fruit grown in the foothills the cascades of the Ahtanum Valley and delivers astounding aromatics and lush fruit. With flavors of lychee fruit, flowers, mandarin and exotic spice this wine shows the potential of Alsatian varieties in the foothills of the Cascades. Off-dry with 2.5% residual sugar. - the winery
