Review: Greg Harrington's terrific "value" Cabernet Sauvignon made from the barrels of his higher end Cabs that don't quite fit into his blends. It includes Cab from Walla Walla, Yakima, and the Gramercy estate vineyards. Greg and Pam call it their "lower east" Cab to celebrate the location of Walla Walla in the lower east side of Washington State, and for the restaurants they used to frequent in New York City's lower east side. Dark cherry fruit, tobacco, spice, vanilla and dense, chewy tannins. Decant and enjoy with something big and beefy off the grill.
