Grochau Cellars Z White 07
The Z White is 85% Chardonnay, 10% Riesling, and 5% Gewurztraminer. Z is a crisp, lighter style white wine with fresh fruit flavors and a zing of a finish. Crisp and sippable on a summer day, air with salads and grilled fish. This wine is a cooperative effort with Andy Zellman, wine buyer at Higgins Restaurant.
