Erin describes the wine: "Fresh and dry, with a light color but weight and texture, body with glycerol richness. Fresh strawberry and bright cherry in the scent and flavor with a hint of exotic fruit - kiwi and watermelon rind on the finish."

Made from 30 year old vines from Johan Vineyard, at the top of the Temperance Hills Vineyard

Made by the owners of Evesham Wood under their personal label. The fruit is 100% from Illahe Vineyards. Fresh strawberry, citrus, lemon blossom in the nose, in the flavor add hints of slate, minerals, thyme and fig. Long, clean, smooth finish.
