Review:

This is winemaker Drew's inaugural release. Strandline refers to the high water mark left by the Missoula floods some 15,000 years ago that carved the Columbia Valley and washed over the Willamette Valley leaving "islands" in the midst of the inland sea before the waters receded. These islands are now vineyards with excellent soil that produce excellent wine grapes. This vintage is sourced from two of these remarkable vineyards that once hugged that ancient shore.
