Beautiful aroma with peach and hints of squash blossom. Light and creamy texture on the palate with fleshy peach and a delicate earthiness.

The 2007 Pinot gris was harvested at 22 brix, with slightly higher acidity and lower sugar than past vintages revealing enormous fruit in the aroma and a beautiful balance on the palate.
