The Holloran La Pavillon single vineyard Riesling shows off with glorious aromas of tangerine, ginger, and cantaloupe that unfold on the palate. The wine expresses great focus with mouthwatering vibrancy of fruit and delicate sweetness with refreshing acidity.

Jay Christopher (J Christopher Wines) makes Holloran wines at the same winery, with the same grape sources as his J Christopher bottlings. The Holloran family owns the winery and that's their deal- he makes their wines as well as his own. So if there's no J Christopher in stock, try the Holloran wines, or the Stafford Hill, another label Jay bottles wines under at the same location.
