Holloran Vineyards Winery produces small
quantities of hand crafted wine from premium vineyard sites in Oregon's
Willamette
Valley.
They
emphasize
low yields and careful hands-on management of the vines to produce wines
that express the unique characteristics of their vineyard sites.
Winemaker Jay Somers also makes his "J Christopher" line of wines at the winery, and a Second label for Holloran,
"Stafford Hill".
The "Le Pavillon" vineyard, located in "the Red Hills
of Dundee" on classic Jory soil, is over 25 years old, and contains
blocks of Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay. Additional plantings are
under development in the Eola Hills area, and at ourEstate/winery location
in West Linn.
Their top cuvees are offered under the Holloran label, and provide flavors
and aromas represenatative of their source vineyard.
