Ice Wine Sampler

Canadian ice wine is referred to as "Nectar of the Gods." This sampler has two bottles of Canadian ice wines and one bottle of an Oregon ice wine. Made in the classic style, the grapes are picked at dawn while they are frozen on the vine. These are true ice wines.

1 bottle - Jackson Triggs Vidal Ice Wine 187 ml $24.95

Simply exquisite, the 187 ml bottle is a wonderful size for gift giving. The wine has rich tropical aromas of papaya, mango and apricot. Bold fruit flavors balanced with fine acidity caress the palate and conclude with an exquisite silky finish. Serve slightly chilled on its own, with fresh fruit, foie gras, rich pate or a selection of fine cheeses.

1 bottle - Sineann Ice Dance Pinot Noir 375ml $23.95

Sineann's first vintage of ice wine (made from Oregon Pinot Noir!) has flavors and aromas of watermelon and strawberries. The sweetness is balanced by the acidity which makes this a rich, silky dessert wine.

1 bottle - Inniskillin Riesling Ice Wine 375 ml $73.95

This wine is characterized by intense honey, peach and apricot aromas. The palate displays concentrated rich peach honey flavors with a crisp acidity.

Great hints of lemon and lime offer the crisp and tart flavors that pair well with fresh and fruit based desserts, rich cheeses and with many layers that allow this refreshing ice wine to stand on its own.
