"GROO-ner FELT-lee-ner" is traditionally made in Austria; Lowell has been growing this obscure white grape for nearly thirty years, and the 2011 vintage is one of his all-time favorites. The nose has flavors of almonds and green apple, while the palate delivers flavors of honeydew, cantaloupe, and homemade ambrosia.
