Illahe Reserve Pinot noir 07
Illahe Reserve Pinot noir 07 -
Illahe's second vintage shows that their 06 was the start of what we hope is a series of delicious, affordable wines. Longtime grape grower Lowell Ford is showing that he can grow excellent Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Riesling, and Viognier in the Willamette Valley.

An Avalon Wine Club January 2008 selection. "Folks at Illahe Vineyards in Dallas have been growing grapes for 25 years but have begun to make and bottle their own. Illahe 2006 Pinot Noir is a soft, lush mouthful of dark cherry fruit and silky texture, suitable for sipping or supping." –Lance Sparks, Eugene Weekly
"Winemakers Brad Ford and Michael Lundeen have crafted an elegant wine with aromas of violets and strawberries, as well as bright, smooth flavors."
