Iota Cellars is an Oregon winery making Oregon Pinot noir from the owner's Pelos Sandberg Vineyard. Iota Cellars is located in the Eola-Amity wine appellation, outside the town of Amity. Owners Johanna and Don Sandberg and Lynne and Perry Pelos, relatives and partners of the Sandbergs moved to Oregon from Minnesota to pursue their dream of owning a winery.

The Iota Cellars Pinot noir is made from estate fruit from the Pelos Sandberg Vineyard. Planted starting in 2001, the 11 acre vineyard is managed by Results Partners. Iota Cellars sells grapes from the Pelos Sandberg vineyard to Bergstrom, Beaux Freres, and Rex Hill wineries.
