J. Albin Blanc De Noir Sparkling Wine 05

This wine is quite a family affair. John and Lynn Albin use Methode Champenoise, the traditional way to make Champagne, they use Pinot Noir grapes, they use a fancy bottle with a fancy label,the wine is fantastic and could rival sparkling wines from anywhere in the world. Their kids label "on demand" as we get shipments of the super huge production (100 or so cases depending on the barter system that year) in a sporadic delivery system. I guess what I am saying is that if you see some you should buy it as supply is kinda up to the teenagers willingness to label this Oregon Gem. "Oh, I will take a case of the J. Albin Blanc De Noir Sparkling" -- "Sorry, we are waiting on the next batch to get labeled, the boys had a party to go to this weekend."
