Cropped at less than two tons per acre, this wine has a wonderful concentration of mango and papaya flavors that stay in the mouth for a long time. It's rich, creamy finish is the result of sur lies aging for ten months in small, French oak barrels. This wine is a perfect accompaniment for grilled salmon or shellfish.
