Review:

This crisp and refreshing Pinot Gris has notes of melon, green apple and lime zest. It is fermented and aged in 100% neutral oak for 6-8 months. Fermentation is carried out slowly and gradually to accentuate the cool-climate expression of the varietal. The grapes come from Poverty Bend and Illahe Vineyards.

White pepper, slate and cedar shavings mingle with pear and pineapple. Additionally, malolactic fermentation is prohibited, retaining all the natural acidity and giving this full-bodied yet dry white great structure to balance the round mouthfeel.
